The Exhibitor Manual will be available soon and will provide all essential information for exhibitors, including practical guidelines, technical regulations, build-up and dismantling procedures, safety requirements and important deadlines.

Additional materials and services will be available to order through the Servifira online platform. Depending on your requirements, you will be able to request furniture, audiovisual equipment, catering, internet access and other stand-related services.

All standard stand packages include a predefined structure and equipment. However, exhibitors may request additional features, alternative furniture or specific adjustments to better suit their needs.

A selection of furniture, audiovisual equipment and other services will be available through the Servifira online platform, with the booking link provided in due course.

If you wish to modify or replace any of the elements included in your stand package, please contact exhibitors.ece-barcelona2027@firabarcelona.com to discuss the available options.

Please note that removing or replacing standard elements does not entitle exhibitors to a price reduction or refund.

For more specific customisation requests, you may submit a brief description and a sketch of your proposed modifications. Our team will review your request and advise on its feasibility.

For standard stand packages, all construction and modifications must be carried out by the official stand contractor appointed for ECE Barcelona 2027. If you require any adjustments, please contact exhibitors.ece-barcelona2027@firabarcelona.com to discuss the available options.

Exhibitors booking a space-only stand can choose to have it designed and built by either Servifira, Fira de Barcelona's official exhibition services provider, or a contractor of their choice.

If an external contractor is selected, the stand design and technical documentation must be submitted for review and approval by the event's technical team before construction can begin.

All custom-built stands must comply with Fira de Barcelona's technical and safety regulations. Further details on the requirements, documentation and approval procedures will be provided in the Exhibitor Manual, which will be published soon.

Gala Dinner tickets are not included in the exhibition stand packages. Exhibitors wishing to attend must purchase their tickets separately, unless otherwise specified in their agreement with the ECE Barcelona 2027 organisation.

Gala Dinner tickets can be booked through the official event website, subject to availability.

The ECE Barcelona 2027 Gala Dinner will be held at the Museu Marítim de Barcelona (Maritime Museum of Barcelona), located in the historic Royal Shipyards.
